Custom Designed Groom's Cakes

We’ve created a number of groom’s cakes over the years, and they’re a lot of fun for all involved.

The important points are that we start the design work early (we like to have at least a few months) and that we get good photos of everything that should appear on the cake, or better yet, models. Since groom’s cakes often have complicated geometry and design, we have to put a lot of thought into how we will build them, and we prefer to do this well ahead of time.

Groom’s cakes celebrate some aspect of the groom’s personality, such as his occupation, hobby, or favorite sports team. In recent years groom’s cakes have become more and more popular; a groom’s cake is often seen as a unique gift from the bride, and the one accessory that reflects the groom’s taste and personality (rather than the bride’s). It’s often a surprise gift.
